Any ideas for fast pokemon that might have mean look or sleep moves?

Breloom? It does have Spore. Gengar gets Hypnosis and Mean Look. But if you want a reliable move (more or less anyway), try Jynx. That, or you could try Dustox, or Butterfree. If you don't go with a grass type and don't like bugs, it's mostly Hypnosis or pokemon with Sing. Swablu and Jigglypuff come to mind. I think Skitty gets Sing as well, but I could be wrong.

Wobbufet. Shadow Tag is AMAZING. Also, you know it will always use a special attack. Just be careful.

You will be missed:(
Or just use the master ball.

I do not think he would be asking us any questions if he had the masterball. Or maybe he wants to save it for a shiny.

Just use the Master Ball! Or if you used it already, use Crobat or Wobbuffet. Works like a charm.

I withdraw reluctantly.
Start to weaken it the first few times you see it.

When it is weak enough to catch, have Wobbuffet in the front of the party.

When you encounter it, through Ultra Balls at it and heal Wobbuffet when it is on the edge.

You should capture it without to much difficulty.

Why would u waste a masterball on a shiny.

It's not wasting, if you knew hor rare shinies were, you'd want to save it for one too. One only can appear at a 1/8192 encounter rate whenever you find a pokemon. So they're a lot rarer that lati@s to me, cause lati@s will always be somewhere in hoenn. Chasing it is fun for me. Now if lati@s were shiny, then that's a different story there...Wobuffet works wonders here.

wobby is pretty much great. what i do is, i first false swipe it down to 1 HP (have FSer out first, use FS and let it run, find it again, repeat), then send out a wobbuffet and chuck ultras until it's caught.

actually, with wobby you need to have a few hyper potions on hand to heal it when it gets low on HP. i suggest letting it hold leftovers, though.

a better option is sableye with mean look. as long as it's faster, just trap it and it has no damage-dealing moves it can use. sableye is immune to all the moves a lati@s has at level 40.

Use Wobbuffet and Mirror Coat any one of its attacks once. After that, just chuck Ultra Balls at it.
Also, don't use any Pokemon with Arena Trap beacuse it doesn't work.

Seriousy!? I thought it did work, even though I've never used an arena trap pokemon to nab them. Do aren trap pokemon work against teleporting abras?

Yes it does. Only thing it doesn't work on is Leviaters and Flying Types.

As for Latios, I just used a Master ball on him. Shadow Tag seems to work well with him. I tried one, but used Crobat and Mean Look. Not good.
