If you're talking about Combusken then any nature that increases its attack power would be good. Brave, Lonely, Adament, and Naughty are fine. I may have left out one.

different pokemon have different natures that fit best with them.

Of course I consider an adamant chansey to be a reject as I prefer it to be bold instead.

No! Not for a combusken. Adamant is +Attck - Sp. Attck, Combusken is fire( Sp. Attck) and fight ( attck ). So the best nature for Combusken is Naughty or Lonely...

yes, it´s.
Overheat deals enough damage even with the lowered S.attack.

If you like Flametrower over overheat, then try lonely or naughty.

Well my Combusken... now a level 100 Blaziken... has a Modest nature. ;D *pats Khorazon* But his son is Naughty natured, which is loads better.

EDIT: You can't change the nature of any Pokemon. However, you can breed in the daycare to get the right nature.

Breed it, you´ll need luck.

if you don´t have ditto or a female combusken, then you have no way to get another.

Yes, because they´re in the same egg group

Like the Dex says, Numel evolves into Camerupt at level 33 and learns Rock slide at the same level.

If this is Pokemon Emerald, then get yourself a Ditto... lots of Dittos with varying natures. If you have a Ditto with the nature you want your Combusken to be, then put your current Combusken in the daycare with that Ditto... and make the Ditto hold the Everstone. Then the egg will be a Torchic with a 50% chance of his/her nature being the one you wanted. (( aka the Dittos nature ))

I believe that's how it goes, anyway. ;B

Pee ess. You can also get Rock Silde from one lof the Battle Frontier tutors.

You should, it is very neccessary akong side with Evs and Ivs.
