personally, I think either metagross or salamence. I prefer metagross' design more though.

Metagross's design is awesome. In terms of design, I've always like grumpig also

Tyranitars actually from johto :)

But in the legendary depattment i would say rayquaza or possibly deoxys due to the latters versatility.
Both Psuedos are good but ordinary pokemon, i would say blaziken , flygon or breloom.

My favorites in Hoenn are Linoone (always first - I love that weasel Pokemon), next is Zangoose (half marten, half cat, great idea for a Pokemon), then Zigzagoon, followed by Skitty and Delcatty.
