I always want to know what is the difference between fire red and leaf green! Everybody who talks about leaf green, mentions fire red aswell... Viser versa. Are they basically the same game?????

No.

Even though they are both remakes of the original Red and Green Pokémon Games, they are different, in a sense, because there are some Pokémon obtainable only in Fire Red, and there are also some Pokémon that are obtainable only in Leaf Green.

This is like, the basicest of the basic things for a Pokemon player to know. They're the same game, with slight differences in wild pkmn appearance rates.

"Basicest"?

It's "The most basic". But who am I to correct grammar? Yeah, as I've already said before, even though they are both remakes of the original Red and Green Pokémon Games, they are different, in a sense, because there are some Pokémon obtainable only in Fire Red, and there are also some Pokémon that are obtainable only in Leaf Green.

leaf Green gets the allmighty Bellsprout for one.
Fire Red gets: Growlithe line,Oddish line, Psyduck line, Ekans line, Shellder line, Electabuzz line, Syther line, Wooper line, Murkrow, Qwilfish, Delibird, Skarmory
Leaf Green gets: Vulpix line, Bellsprout line, Slowpoke line, Sandshrew line, Starmie line, Magmar line, Pinsir, Marill line, Misdreavus, Remoraid line, Sneasel, Mantine.

The easy way to remember is the "red vesion" allways gets the OU Generically designed ugly ones when the "blue version" gets the UU, Beautifully designed, brilliant ones. AKA The boring generic Red version bias

...wha? I thought they changed it from Red/Blue!

Wow, sucks to be me. If I ever wanted a Porygon, that is.

I'm not sure on this one, but I think the Scyther/Pinsir in the Game Corner also varies with version.

Deoxys in Fire Red is skinny (att.) and in Leaf Green, too fat (def).

That is, in FireRed you get The +Attack Deoxys and in LeafGreen you get the +Defense Deoxys.

There's four different types of Deoxys...I think, which are all different in looks and stats. There's an R/S one, an Emerald one, and a Firered one and a Leafgreen one.

However, you can't get Deoxys without some sort of special item anyway so unless you somehow have that, you needn't worry about it.

Deoxys have ultimate attack and sp,attack states, but horrible defences in Fire Red. But in Leaf Green, deoxys' defence states are awsome, but it's attack states sucks.

WHAT is a Deoxys? if you ask WHO is a Deoxys then...
Oh nevermind. Deoxys is a POKEMON. THIS is a Deoxys;386-d; ;386-a;
There are two other forms. the ones shown are defense mode and Attack mode. there is the speed mode and last but not least-normal.If you have FireRed, then if you get a Deoxys it is a Attack form. In LeafGreen it is a Defense form.
