What is the fastest way to get a wonderfully outstanding in ability breed?

I need help getting a wonderfully oustanding in ability pokemon, is it just random, or is there a faster way?

Random, but pokemon through breeding I THINK with inherit positive stat gains from their parents

Do you mean good IV's? If so, they are completely random on caught Pokemon, but when you breed, they will inherit three of the parents' IV's. So, the best way to get good IV's is to breed with Pokemon that have good ones through random. If you're not talking about IV's, then I have no idea what you're talking about, so you'll have to rephrase it.

when better the parents better the babies, so 50% of the stats are random and the other 50% is inherit from the parents (2 from the father and 1 from the mother or vice-versa)
