In the anime? Like not counting the movies? Probably Hunter J moments when she would try to kill Ash, and ultimately when she was killed.

I'd say when Hunter J tried to kill Ash, and later died. I also found the TG arc to be a bit chilling in my opinion, even if there didn't seem to be anything PG-13 rating-worthy.

Whether or not they were actually naked is up to debate. They did a similar scene in an earlier episode only to reveal they were wearing bathing suits the whole time.
