Which attack in the games is the most powerfull except Frenzy plant, Blast burn, Hydro cannon and Hyper beam?

i think its Solar beam ( but that might be because i like grass type pokemon)

No normal type pokemon gets explosion. UNLESS, you use metronome...

Not looking at stats, I know the Powerful attack of all is Explosion. But the one attack that has got me out of something many times is "Eruption", higher the users HP, the more powerful it is, which adds a bit a goodness

Choice band doesnt boost the power of special moves anyway.

But after the STAB, Sunny Day, Helping Hand and Critical hit.

its pretty damn powerful though...

Choice Band doesn't boost Special

Choice Band Medicham with an Adamant Nature and Max Atk Evs (720 Atk) landing a Critical hit on Sneasal with Focus Punch (150 x 1.5 = 225) which has 4 HP evs and no Defence, with a nature not hindering it's defence *gasp* does between 6204 - 7290.
