What is the silver and gold shield?

I heard somebody mention the silver and gold shield and looked it up in my Emerald guide book and its for your base.

so how do I get it?

and is there pics of it here at serebii?

to get a siler u must beat the battle tower lvel50 and for gold u have to beat lvel100. i dont know how many times sorry

silver shield = 50 consecutive wins in battle tower regardless of lvl50 or open
gold shield = 100 consecutive wins in battle tower regardless of lvl50 or open

this applies to ruby/sapphire/emerald

No, restarting doesn't work. Your game is saved as soon as you enter a Battle Tower challenge. While you are in the middle of a challenge, you are only allowed to take a break in-between battles by talking to the staff member, and telling them that you want to take a break. If you just turn off your game, your entire challenge will be disqualified, and you will start all the way back at the beginning of your streak.

Absolutely, you have to train your Pokémon to be the best that they can be if you want to succeed at the Battle Frontier. Good EV training, good movesets, and good personalities, as well as Pokémon types that compliment each other are all needed to do well at the Battle Frontier. Even then, there is a lot of luck involved. It is extremely difficult to construct a team of only 3 Pokémon that will do well against everything that you may face.

I have both in Emerald!
I had a lot of red battles... (I mean my last pokémon with red HP, and opponent with HP>50%)


Zora is right, correct EV training and Nature is everything to get them (also a good pokémon...)

i managed it in sapphire, got silver in ruby, lost in the 60's and didnt bother tryin again

I got them in Sapphire and Ruby, My Team Was Latias @Scope Lens, Blaziken@ Kings Rock, Swampert@ Leftovers. I have over 140 wins and I'm still going.

To get Silver Shield you have to win 50 times in Battle Tower(not in others).
To get Gold Shield you have to win 100 times in Battle Tower(not in others).
