I am so curious about who the strongest trainer you ever faced was?
This can be over a gamelink cable, or by the wireless adapter BUT NOT AN INTER GAME TRAINER LIKE LANCE OR STEVEN!!!!!
anxious to here your replies!!!

The Great Butler

Hush, keep it down
I faced a tough opponent once that I'll never forget. He called himself Koga, and his team had such monstrosities as a Shiny Mewtwo named "Death God," a Shiny Groudon, Marowak w/ Thick Club, Exeggutor, et al. I faced him with a weak team whose strongest member was a Raikou......AND I WON.

Haikuoftheblazingwing

come and get it
This girl across the street. She had a Blazioken in the 70's and a lvl 70 rayquaza. All her other pokemon were in the high 50's. The final matchup was my blastoise VS a Rayquaza......I won with Blizzard:D

Myself!!! I have both Ruby & Sapphire...My bro. took Ruby which had all my best Pokemon...Ruby had: Lv.80 Mew, Lv.90 Deoxys, Lv.85 Jirachi, Lv.95 Celebi, Lv.99 Shiny Pikachu, and Lv.100 Shiny Ditto...I managed to win by pure dumb luck...

P.S. PM me if you are concerned bout my Ruby team and the team I used to defeat them...

Deoxys Prime

Time will tell.
Some guy at PRA last year.

My team:
Kyogre
Regice
Sceptile

His Team:
Salamence
Blastoise
Lugia

Twas hard.

Aqua_Maiden

Queen of the Abyss
My brother is the hardest trainer I've ever faced.

This is gonna sound strange, but in the early months of my Crystal version, far before it became my best pkmn game ever (and to be the best forever), I would link battle it with my Gold version. The superior pkmn on my Gold version destoryed my Crystal team, until I sent them over. To this day, my record still has the three losses there...from myself...

I never get any harder link battles b/c when I link battle with people, I always make sure we play fairly (we do ex. 50-60, 30-40 with a restirction of one pkmnat the top level only. No in-game trainers are as hard as my Gold team was, either...

Training telekinetic
Strongest trainer I've ever faced

The strongest trainer I've ever faced which is kinda sad, is a trainer that calls herslef Duplica (Remember the real duplica from the show? Wait, of course you do, what am I saying.) She did in fact have a ditto, but also a level 59 charizard and level 62 Alakazam. Sad, Huh? Anywho, I don't remember what I had, cuz I restart my game a lot, but I think I'm gonna stick with this one, because I have all three starter pokemon when I borrowed my friend's LeafGreen, and I'm trying to complete my pokedex. So far, I have a lv. 52- Vileplume, Charizard, and Omastar, and a level 60- Pidgeot, Blastoise, and Raichu. And one last thing. This is actually my first ever post on these forums, but I've been visiting this site for over a year now, and I want to know- How do I get one of those really cool trainer cards? Someone please respond. I want one!!!!!;026;

Vampiric Knight

Dance with the Devil
A kid who used AR to get Deoxys, Lugia, etc. at lv 100. No, scratch that. He wasn't strong. Just annoying, especially with that Lugia he had. Beat him, anyway. No, wait. He forfeited before I could actually had a chance to beat him. But a loss is still a loss.

Horn Drill

ヘタリア!
I guess the guy I lost to at JAA, since he's the only guy I've ever lost to in a fair fight. He was pretty tough, even if we were both at the same skill level. It was a good battle. He beat my Ho-oh with that dern Quick Claw Kyogre... >_< I shoulda used Snorlax > Ho-oh though, so it was a fair loss for me. =/

Staryu

I know, I know..
My cousin. It came down to his Typhlosion and my Meganium, and I won..with my Razor Leaf at that xD

This was back in the G/S days.

I was going against random people at my school one day with wireless adapters and stuff, and I went against this trainer whos name on his game was "1337" and he had an awesome team of level 100's of course. His team was the annoying Shedinja (stupid wonderguard), Forretress (annoying protect and not very effective), Deoxys (easy to kill), Dunsparce (glare was an annoyance), Kingdra (no weakness), Sableye (no weakness). I beat him with my very last pokemon Blastoise, or I would have lost my winning steak!

My cousin, David. Even though I made of him what he is now, he leans toward those OU Pokés my mixed Team(s) have little to no chance against. Still, he's cool and not a bigot, which makes it acceptable. :)

Make It Sinful
So this happened like 3/4 years ago... i battled this girl who had a Gameshark -.- she had lugia, ho-oh, two mewtwos, and two mews, they were all at level 100 and i think they had their stats maxed out... so there i am fighting with my wimpy (but legal) Lv 20 - 30 pokemon ... -.- lol... it was a good battle i mean it only lasted like 3 minutes before she totally destroyed me, but she was cute and we became friends since that day... ;)

Silver Dragonair

OMG internetz
The hardest trainer I ever faced was a girl. Her name was Aisha. She never attacked directly too often. Except she had used tank pokemon as annoyers. Then when I was wittled down with a status condition. She would send out a sweeper.

But after losing two battles to her. I finally won. The score was 6-5. Close close battle.

First time it was 2-6

second it was 0-6...second time I got humiliated.

The Kwisatz Haderach
I was young. It was red version. His pokemon were level 100, mine I used rare candies on till 100 cause I didn't know they don't raise stats as well. He ate me alive--I used Tauros, Mew, Zapdos, sopmething, something, something and he had a sweeper Mewtoo, Tank Chansey, Tank Golem, etc, etc. I think I beat one of his...
Then, I found a few level 2 hundred something golbats off seafoam island in the MissingNo. area and beat him in a cheapass fashion...
I don't see very many trainers anymore--only my brother nowadays.

My sister.
She is very good at pokemon. Neither of us knew of cared what the natures did, what EVs/IVs are etc.
Back in the days of GSC we had the most intense battle. My Favourites (Lvl 100) Vs Her Favourites (Level 100). We also decided we could use our favourite legendary but only 1. We also selected 6 types. We chose Normal, Flying,Fire, Grass, Electric and Water. No healing items or held items.

I had Tauros, Nocotwl, Ninetales,Victreebel, Jolteon and Suicune

She had Ursaring, Arcanine, Exeggutor, Electabuzz, Politoed and Lugia

I started off with Noctowl and she with Exeggutor. She preempted a flying attack and switched into Electabuzz. However I then switched into Jolteon.
We both stayed in and my Jolteon outsped her Electabuzz, fainting it with Return

She switched into Ursaring. My Jolteon was allready weak and was then KOed by the ursaring. I switched back into Noctowl and after a minute or so KOed the Ursaring. She decided to bring in Lugia. Noctowl weakened Lugia a little before being knocked out. I brought in Tauros. Two or Three STABed returns later and Lugia (Who I knew had worse Defense than Special Defense) was out.
This left me with 3 healthy pokemon and one weakened and her with 3 healthy pokemon. She brought in Arcanine who I reduced to half HP with one Return before being KOed.
I decided to toy with my sister and brought in Victreebel. She laughed and used Flamethrower which weakened it to around 1/4 HP. I then used Sludge Bomb which KOed her Arcanine.
This left me with 2 healthy and one seriously weakened one. She had 2 healthy. She brought out Exeggutor. I brought out Suicune to absorb the damage from Psychic. I then used Aurora Beam which KOed Exeggutor.
This left her with Politoed as her last pokemon. She used it and KOed the Suicune.
I brought out Victreebel who pulled of a Giga Drain taking the Toed to 1/4 HP.
It then KOed the Victreebel

It was down to the final two.
Ninetales VS Politoed.

I missed with my first Return. Politoed used Surf. It knocked my Ninetales to around 3HP. I then hit with Return which managed to beat the Politoed.

That was the closest battle I have ever had.
