"The Four Eievui Brothers" and "Koduck's Depression": Taichi & Eievui and Adzumi & Sweet Honey Koduck-chan are without doubt some of the cheapest characters in existance (though Adzumi was pretty cute). Even for Rocket battles, that is just shameful. Not only that, but these "help them gain confidence and then beat Rocket Dan" filler characters are the worst of the lot.
"Kireihana vs. Raflessia! Peace of the Grassland!": Others have already stated reasons to hate this episode. However, there are several other Jouto fillers that deserve to be on this list, but there're way too many to be worth noting individually.
"Huntail and Sakurabyss! The Riddle of Evolution!": First place for the dullest Houen episode definitely goes out to this one. It's a shame this one sucked so much, though, because I thought it had some good animation.
"The Orchid Laboratory! Everyone Gather!": Oh, I'm sure you all know what I hate about this one. Other than the obvious, though, it did seriously p*ss me off that Satoshi's Fushigidane got to steal the limelight for the third time that the reserved Pokemon were being showcased (the previous two being Housou specials). Come on, there are much better reserves out there, let them shine more often for Christ's sake (it doesn't help that Fushigidane got his own Houen episode, as well being wh*red out since Kantou -_-).
"Rival Confrontation! Get Windie (Kamo)!": Another obvious one. That, and it was just ANOTHER episode to showcase Windie. Shuu's appearance didn't seem all that spectacular, neither. That, and when the episode's title was announced, I was very close to having a god damned heart attack (thank god things didn't turn out that way, though).
"Pokemon Contest - Yamabuki Convention (part two)": Heh... you DEFINITELY know what I hate about this one. The appeals were enjoyable, as well as [spoil]Harley vs. Musashi XD[/spoil], but that ending just totally killed it.
