Wes could have been pretty cool, but they didn't elaborate on his character enough, and he didn't really do anything all that cool and mighty when compared to Michael.

Michael would have been cooler if his hair wasn't so funkadellic and his head wasn't so big. ._.; He had some pretty cool adventures though.

I really like Brendan a lot because Emerald is my main game, and he's probably had one of the greatest adventures out of all the games IMO with the Battle Frontier and all. I used to not like Brendan all that much because of that weird sock-thing he wears on his head, but he's actually a pretty cool character. He really should have been in the anime as Prof. Birch's son with a Gary-esque attitude or something.

Still, I think my favorite is still the dude from GSC. He had a cool design and cool gear in a cool region. :X
