What is your favorite Regional Bird/Rodent?

Bird: Staraptor
Rodent: Furret

And I think you mean regional "mammal." Sentret and Furret are ferrets, which aren't rodents, and Zigzagoon and Linoone are some sort of raccoon dog or raccoon, neither of which is a rodent. And if Poochyena and Mightyena count, they're hyenas, which aren't rodents (or even dogs, for that matter).

Linoone, definitely. Pickup was awesome, especially when my Linoone reached level 100 in Emerald. I remember getting a few Earthquake TMs and I was surprised. Plus, it was useful in battle too.

I've never really used any of the birds. I'm pretty sure I used Swellow once, but I don't remember it being very good. Staraptor probably wins for learning close combat.

Swellow and Linnione. Staraptor was always the amazing one for me but Swellow is cool.

Swellow is the bomb. Even despite its poor movepool and its medicore attack it just looks cool. I hope he gets close-combat and a dark type move someday.

Furret is my favorite; he is the best rodent (next to sandslash) I have ever had on my teams. I would use him exclusively if he had the "pickup" ability.
