I have a lot of them to say but here are some that I can say
- E4 and the Gym leader theme in Hoenn
- Much of the music in Pokemon XD (especially the battle themes)
- Much of the Music from Soul Silver (a lot to choose from)
- Gym leader battle music in Black/White
- Team Plasma Battle theme
- Sky Tower from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red/Blue

I might say, Team Plasma's song is just awesoem and I got very excited when I battle their grunts.
But since my first game I ever played was Diamond, I just couldn't forget the song of Route 201. I adore it.
