Went to Half-Price today, and to my surprise and delight, I found Monster. I loved the anime, and I hear it follows the manga very closely, and thus far from what I've seen, it's pretty accurate. So I'm glad I was able to find the two volumes there, it made the rest of my night. Of course, now the one brother's getting interested in it even though I keep telling him to wait until he's older, and Mom apparently looked like she showed a bit of interest. I've always figured that if I could get Mom to watch the anime, she'd come to enjoy it as she knows a lot about Germany's history pre-dating the fall of the Wall, and years afterward. In order to fully enjoy and understand Monster, one would have to know such things, even though I swear you learn more with this manga/anime than you do in schools these days.
Also got another volume of Death Note, but it's volume six. Nothing worth noting.
