Mr. Bikini fan

I love Dratini's :D
Feel free to post here but don't just SPAM by saying thier names, so feel free and explain.
My hardest one was fairly Sabrina, her alakazam was too powerful but i lost against her 1nce.

To start, Misty was super-hard as my starter was Charmander. Then I hauled it's little fire-tail into a Charizard before I beat her.

Sabrina is the hardest for me; none of the starters are all that good against her, and the gastly line is weak to psychic attacks because of their secondary poison type. There are no other ghosts, and you can't have a dark type until after you've defeated the E4 and gotten the national dex. All in all, it is simply hard to land super effective hits on her pokemon. And, IIRC, there is a significant level jump beetween her and Koga/Erika (I say Erika because alot of people beat Sabrina and then Koga) So your pokemon, aside from being normal damage at best, are at lower level.
That's how it is with my game, at least.
pikapras

EDIT: I know that you can have a dark move, but you can't have type advantage.

My hardest Gym Leader to beat was Misty. Fortunately, I had caught a Pikachu in Viridian Forest but was still hard as her Starmie kept using Water Pulse every turn.

Sabrina, her alakazam took awhile to defeat.

Trillian

The hoopy frood
Koga. Not because he wasn't easy to defeat, because, besides the exploding Weezing, he was one of the easiest. The hard part was training for him, because I train as close to lv. 50 as I can before defeating him. It was a nightmare, to say the least.

None...

Only Whitney in GSC and Tate/Liza in Emerald can beat me consistently unless I work out a specific counter for them (And no, no-skill "Level up like crazy" doesn't counts...). Whitney weeps harder when facing Geodude (Aww!! :(), while Tate/Liza... um. I'll have to design a counter for them if I ever feel like restarting Emerald. :D

The Kanto Leaders were all easy as hell. Even without the no-skill trick. :)

I'll say Misty, but only if you start with Charmander and are too oblivious to train another Pokémon. Namely Pikachu...

Koga was the hardest for me. Toxic just kept weakening my team. My team was full of Pokemon at his levels, so when my attacks hit they did some damage. However my only ground move was Earthquake, so his flying Pokemon and his Pokemon with Levitate continued to fight. I didn't lose, but it took a lot of Full Restores and Revives. I actually went undefeated the entire game until Bruno, and there I lost once....

Koga....i played three different games(mine,other two of my friends and in each i had different starters)and each time,Koga knocked me out on my first try.. ;________________________________;

My most hardest gym leader is Koga. Because all his Pokemons got Toxic can poisoned my Pokemon for every turn. If you buy more Antidotes, you will able to defeat Koga's Poison Pokemons.

For me none of them were hard, but the HARDEST was Sabrina. Her pokemon kept CMing and using reflect. But in the older versions i remember sabrina being much harder to beat because her pokemon were all at a unbelieveable level 50 (which is high at that point in the game) and her pokemon kept on recovering.

Erika. I had only a few pokemon in training at the time: A Wartortle, Sandslash, Primeape, and a recently caught Dugtrio, all at level 30. I used 2 revives and tons of potions, but I finally won with Sandslash because VIleplume ran out of pp for Giga Drain, and could only do Acid =)
