What is your opinion of the most valuable card in the 1995 Topsun Pokemon holofoils?

I guess a lot of people should have heard of , seen or owned some of those 1995 Topsun Pokemon cards which were released before the 1996 expansion set.

The 1995 Topsun cards came with two different color backs: the blue back is 1st edition and the green back is 2nd edition.

These cards came with a set of 16 Pokemon holofoil cards which are even rarer than the blue and green series cards.

Here is a list of all the 1995 Pokemon holofoil cards.
(1) Pikachu (9) Flareon
(2) Charizard (10) Jolteon
(3) Mewtwo (11) Machamp
(4) Articuno (12) Venusaur
(5) Moltres (13) Nidoking
(6) Zapdos (14) Eevee
(7) Blastoise (15) Vapereon
(8) Dragonite (16) Nidoqueen

Everyone says that Pikachu and Charizard are the two most popular holofoil cards in the 16 card set.

Some say that Pikachu is the most valuable holofoil and others say Charizard is in this 1995 16-card holofoil set.

From your Pokemon card collecting experience or based on collectors' information, which 1995 Topsun Pokemon HOLOFOIL card is the most valuable? Pikachu or Charizard or other? :025ball:
