attack, attack and counter!
attack in starmie´s, metagross´, salamence´s case
and counter in the best poké of my team, blissey!

What Volteon said. Also, compose a team that would be an excellent counter for the brain's team. Give your pokemon good moves, natures EV's, etc. Of course, that means that some random nobody trainer sould come and sweep your team. If that happens, try it again.
