What Kind of Pokedex do you want?

Do you want one like RS or FRLG

I want the FRLG one.

New one. The FRLG was too organised, what with "locations etc". There should be a simple 'Dex with:
1) Numerical Order (Kanto-Johto-Hoenn-???)
2) Type listings
3) Unown Dex
4) Size, weight NOT COLOUR!
5) Search option

I would rather like to see a dex that structures the Pokemon in evolutionary lines (and purportedly we'll be getting lots of [pre-]evos for old Pokemon, so going with this plan only makes more sense). That would be the default dex, and it would integrate previous generations of Pokemon within it once you expand the capabilities of your Pokedex. However, the National Dex would still be present in the game and you could switch between this reorganized dex and the National Dex.

As for the features from the other dexes, integrate the most useful/standard features, give the Pokemon fairly stocky dex entries, and add some other useful features. I'm thinking the type-searching feature from GSC, and perhaps searching which Pokemon in the dex can learn certain TM moves.

I'm with eszett on the idea of it being organized by evolution. Having crobat apart from golbat for example is stupid. I would like to see the dex go back to the simple orginization of the 3rd gen instead of FR/LG and all its crazy subcategories

R/Z (or G/S BTW) for me. I HATE the fr/lg one, you have to select one list, and then you find out that it can't remember the last pokémon you've checked -_-;

Ontopic: I'm with Polursine. "Areas" was too organized for me. Ezett's idea was good, too. That'd be great to see.

I would have a FRLG Dex (I voted just now) or a Dex where you could search for Pokemon by typing in the name, the weight, the type etc.

;227; I personally want the G/S/C Dex to come back, the one Eszett suggested. Then you should be able to go to a National Dex. Search feature, no location crap,or if they do, they should get their facts straight, I mean Jirachi in Mountain? TH? And Type listings of course.

I hated the FRLG pokedex, it took forever to scroll down, and was really WRONG. I like the R\S\E one.
