For a franchise whose focus is on adventuring across the land and catching super-powered creatures to train in mixed martial arts, how is shipping the thing that is such a hot topic over Ash leaving the show?
I mean if the writers didn’t fuel this war people wouldn’t really be doing this, would they? This is why i hate harems with a burning pashion. Tricking your audience into believing something that probably won’t happen is the worst kind of storytelling.I think one reason is the blatant stuff people make up to defend or attack a ship.
How much have they really done that though? And how often has Ash shown an interest back to a girl? (once, Giselle). The fact that the writers seem to be pushing it? This anime has a tendency to shiptease Ash with every girl he looks at. Don’t blame the audience for it.
Serena got the most, with the kiss? How much have they really done that though?
Those little moments don't mean they are even crushing though. Even then, a few little moments shouldn't be responsible for going nuclear about shipping 10 year olds.Serena got the most, with the kiss?
Others have a few moments of shiptease like misty in the current episode, lana and dawn with the ‘is he your boyfriend’ gag and iirc Lillie had a few moments too.
My point is do we really need all these girls crushing on him?
You're new to the Internet, huh? Pokemon fans fighting over it is not by any means unique when it comes to this topic. Search "any piece of media" + "shipping" and just see what results you get.For a franchise whose focus is on adventuring across the land and catching super-powered creatures to train in mixed martial arts, how is shipping the thing that is such a hot topic over Ash leaving the show?
Why do those ‘few little moments’ exist at all? why tease a ship if it won’t go anywhere? Those little moments don't mean they are even crushing though. Even then, a few little moments shouldn't be responsible for going nuclear about shipping 10 year olds.
They were never intended to be moments for shipping. Just character aspects and realistic things that can happen with kids that age.Why do those ‘few little moments’ exist at all? why tease a ship if it won’t go anywhere?
What 10 year old kid owns a fire breathing dragon? It’s fiction. The writers decide what goes and these ‘few little moments’ were obviously meant to be shippy in nature. They were never intended to be moments for shipping. Maybe. Even still, I feel like those moments don't warrant the level of toxicity that has been in the shipping communities. What 10 year old kid owns a fire breathing dragon? It’s fiction. The writers decide what goes and these ‘few little moments’ were obviously meant to be shippy in nature.
Because those little moments are gags not meant to be taken seriously, which the shipping weirdos do and get hyped overWhy do those ‘few little moments’ exist at all? why tease a ship if it won’t go anywhere?
They’re still pushing it and that’s the problem. You’d think they’d stop shipping him after going so far with serena but nope….The prior was obviously early anime syndrome
How was the recent episode in any way pushing shipping? They’re still pushing it and that’s the problem. You’d think they’d stop shipping him after going so far with serena but nope….
Misty being a tsundere? Come on man…..How was the recent episode in any way pushing shipping?
It's a bit of a reach but this is the biggest hint I guess...How was the recent episode in any way pushing shipping?
