I would really like to know, what is the fastest move in the game. Quick Attack always goes first, Protect, Fakout, Extreemespeed etc, all of them strike first but that impossible.

I think fakeout, but I'm not sure.

Protect/Detect/Endure ALWAYS goes before the attacking moves.
Then it’s the Quick Attacks and stuff. That depends on Speed. If two Pokémon used Quick Attack, then the faster opponent hits first. If both have the same speed, each Pokémon has a 50% chance of going first.

Also, out of all the moves, Helping Hand always always always goes first, even before Protect. It has priority +6
Snatch and Magic Coat go after Helping Hand and before Protect. It has priority +5
Follow Me goes after that and still before Protect. It has priority +4
Focus Punch charges before Protect but doesn't attack yet. It has priority +3
And Protect has priority +2

Smogon has a good article on priority:

Well, the discription for Fake Out is "1st Turn 1st Move, might cause flinching" so the quickest move is Fake Out IMO. So even though say.. Your battling against a Lombre that's in level 30, and your Blaziken, which is holding a quick claw in level 90, with the highest speed stats possible, and uses quick attack, and the Lombre uses Fake Out, sapposably Lombre will attack first and Blaziken will end up flinching..
I can't claim that it's true, since I never had the chance to try it, but that's what it's sapposably sappose to be doing.. (if that made any sense)

focus punch i know always powers "tightens focus" up before protect but it wont hit if your enemy use protect anyway.

Level, Speed and items don't mean diddly when it comes to Fake Out and other high priority moves. An EndRevving Blaziken on 1 HP on level 100 will be KOed by a level 20 Lombre using Fake Out without fail (unless Blaziken uses Protect, but what are the odds of that happening?).

Does no one read posts with the correct answer?
Aragornbird had it right: Helping Hand is the fastest move in the game.

^ Basically what I came here to post. XD The link that Aragornbird posted has the correct info on which moves come in sequence, so there doesn't have to be any more debate...here's the link again:
