my blastoise is at level 98 about to grow a level and has a 7 star iq and he knowes surf, skull bash, hydro pump, and earthquake should i get rid of a move for hydro cannon

skull bash. replace a move that takes two turns with a move that takes two turns

Skull Bash. It is good, but Hydro Cannon>Skull Bash.
