I'm in love with these colours! XD Suggestions:
1. I think you should make the tail a bit bigger. Fluffier, eh?
2. As of the colours, the brown doesn't fir in that well. Luckily there's not much. XD
3.The wings could use a bit more feathers on the parts that stick out.

What program did you use for that? Either way, It's really great. XD

EDIT: My friend just got a cat yestarday and named it Boo! Like the imagename! Bizzare! XD

I did make the tail a little more fluffy, but I only like to make super fluffy tails with fox anthros. I think I will remake this picture again. I rock!

this is cool.
though the dark colors I don't like much cus you can't see the shape well with them, but other then that, awesome recolor, it glows.
I like it, good job.

That's beautiful. the rainbow color gives a nice effect. ^^ It is an eyesore. As in the colors hurt the yeys, not the artwork sucked, it was good. ^^

I have not seen thoughs typs of colors in a while. The pic is nicely done and i really like how you did the colors in it. Not something i think be a big thing. It is kinda 70's things
