What now base 600 Pokemon do you want to see.

In the previous games the base 600 Pokemon have been very strong and impotant in competitive battling. base 600 pokemon are the Pokemon that have a total base stat of 600. So far the base 600 Pokemon have fit into two main categories. The first is the OU/BL 600s and they are Dragonite, tyranitar, Salamnce, metagross. They are third evolutions which you obtain by levelling up. They are very rare and are all used by the 4th member of the Elite four and Champions. (Lance has Dragonite, Gary has Tyranitar, Drake has Salamemce, Steven has Metagross). I can gaurentee you all that we will be seeing one or two of these in the 4th generation and they will probably be the Pokemon used by the Champiion and member 4 as usual. The other base 600s are Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Latios, Latias and Deoxys. These are all very rare and good for battling too. What base 600s would you like to see?

I would like to see another Water/Electric with great speed, Drizzle and a good Special Attack. It will deal tons of damage with water attacks and it could learn Tail Glow and be able to Thunder Dance.

I would want to see a water/dragon with an **insane** movepool and these stats
HP:100
atk:120
def:85
spd:90
Sp.atk:120
sp.def 85

its held item doubles its defense

it can spike, whirlwind, recover, focus punch, substitute, extremespeed, water and dragon attacks, teleport, psychic, shadow ball, earthquake, flail and a lot of other stuff.

Water/fire type Underwater Volcano Lizard. Single Evo

Normal/Ghost Undead Kittern. Single Evo

Bug/Dragon Bug Style Dragon. 2 Evos (My version of the Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamnce, Metagross Line)

Those tend to have at least a rather rare/elussive Type...

Dragon/Grass and maybe Dark/Steel (Some dark machine of sorts. Prolly Metagross' counterpart?) would be interesting... :D

I don't want to see a Dragon. We have too many base 600 of those right now. Rather, I would like to see a strong and notoriously auspicious offensive combination, like Grass/Electric or Electric/something.

Try these two on for size!

Here's my (*really* incomplete) concepts for the position of "pseudo-legendary 600-base-stat third-stage heavy hitter":

Name: Corehemoth
Species: Lava Dweller
Type(s): Fire/Ground
Egg Group(s): Dragon/Field
Ability: Levitate
Acquired by: Evolves from Lavern at L50+(Note: also my creation, so don't go saying that it's an actual pokemon on some other thread, okay?)
Movelist:
-----L01: Megahorn
-----L01: Flamethrower
-----L50: Horn Attack
-----L61: Mud Shot
-----L70: Heat Wave
-----L79: Earthquake
-----L86: Blast Burn
-----L93: Fissure
Base Stats: 600
-----HP: 90
-----PA: 135
-----PD: 90
-----SA: 105
-----SD: 75
-----SP: 105

Name: Bergorille
Species: Snow Emperor
Type(s): Normal/Ice
Egg Group(s): Field/Humanlike
Ability: Snow Stream(permanent Hail as long as pokemon is on the field, user's freeze chances doubled)
Acquired by: Evolves from Primacier at L50+(Note: see above disclaimer for Lavern)
Movelist:
-----L01: Hydro Pump
-----L01: Ice Beam
-----L50: Strength
-----L61: Icy Wind
-----L70: Body Slam
-----L79: Blizzard
-----L86: Hyper Beam
-----L93: Sheer Cold
Base Stats: 600
-----HP: 105
-----PA: 135
-----PD: 90
-----SA: 90
-----SD: 105
-----SP: 75

The first is essentially a horned Western-style dragon(though stages one and two are a mamba-like snake and a wyvern, respectively), while the second is hybridized from the Yeti legends of East Asia and the gorillas of Sub-Saharan Africa(and this pokemon's first two stages are both based off apes and are Ice-types). Corehemoth (core + behemoth) is meant to be a cross-pollination of Camerupt's typing with Salamence-like stats. On the other hand, Bergorille (iceberg + gorilla) is a more Tyranitar-style pokemon, with a massive amount of stamina and a damaging weather ability in conjunction with medium speed and decent Special stats(balanced out by a double weakness to Fighting attacks).

Anyone else want try their hand at this?

Volteon

Back I guess??
all of them has one psychical and one special type.

I really would like to see is one bug/electric with the stats:

HP: 100
Atk: 135 or 100
Def: 80
S.atk: 100 or 135
Sdef: 80
Spd: 105

it can learn megahorn, T-bolt, silver wind, rain dance, water pulse, earthquake (all of them learns, so why not this one?) extreme speed, curse and finally the new main attack (like metagross´ meteor mash) it´s bug typed can raise S.atk and has base power as 130.

Hmmm....

I've made 4 evolutionary lines that would work.
Elc/Drk: Ampowrir (pre-evos are Elc/Stl, corrupted metal)
Drg/Stl: Sonikryu (Very fast Dragon) {Japanese Name}
Ftg/Ghs: Senspect (Ghost Ninja)
Ftg/Stl: Bounspring (Limbs made of springs)

When did Gary have a Tyranitar?

he does in FRLG when you battle the "powered up" version of the E4 challenge

all the characters have GSC pokemon, including Gary's Tyranitar.

they're also 10 or so levels higher...

Let's follow some basic patterns here. For now, we'll exclude the base 600 pokemon that are legendaries (Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Latias, and Latios) and stick with the ones that aren't (Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamance, Metagross) because the elite four and the champion can use these.

As you can see, there are two types in this pattern: dragon and steel. What do these have in common? They are the types that the champions (lance and steven) used. So I think that it will be safe to assume that there wil be some more steel types because there's three dragons and only one steel. I also think that there will be a water one that will be a tribute to that pussy Wallace who served as a champion in Emerald.

I would like to see a dark/fighting,althoguh dark has never been particularly the strongest type its mine and alot of other peoples favourite type, and there is no dark legendary.

I would really like to see one of these 600s be a Ghost type. And a Steel would be nice for some symmetry.

As for the Dragon thing... Dragons are supposed to be legendary and powerful beings. It would make sense that a lot of 600 base stat+ Pokemon are Dragons.

First off, Dragonite is flying/dragon and so is Salamence. Tyranitar is rock/dark, and Metagross is steel/psychic. So I think that there will be one more flying/dragon and a ground/fighting type.

The flying/dragon one is self-expanatory, but I'll try to explain the second new one. If you look at Tyranitar and Metagross you'll notice that rock and steel are hard "elements" (technically they're not but you know what I mean), so of course ground would be the missing type for this trend. As for the second type fighting would make sense because fighting>dark>psychic...and it makes a system which is similar to the fire, grass, water system.

The only problem with this conclusion of the 600 base-stat pokemon is that if it is ground it is good against both steel and rock. So what they could do is make this new pokemon's base attack a little lower than metagross' and Tyranitar's defense in order to give them a chance of survival.

Everyone else's opinions on the new pkmn's types are good, but all we can do now is speculate until we know for sure. IMO my idea makes the most sense regarding the trend that is developing, but once again like everyone else I'm just guessing.

That certainly makes sense. A Water/Electric type with Drizzle would be good as it could be a sort of weaker Kyogre. It would be weak against Earthquake and HP ground which would be bad but a decent Speed could possible counter ground types.
