What Pokémon do you have?

I have a question to all you so-called GREAT trainers.

What Pokémon do you have and how do you raise them? What can they beat? And what can't they beat?
SOME RULES:

1.Please list your Pokémon the way you want them to.(not exactly a rule, though)
2.You may provide suggestion to your fellow trainers.
3.Try to avoid using UBERS or LEGENDARIES in your line-up.
4.List also all/some of the Pokémon's moveset and its ability.
5.You may/may not list their stats and nature.
6.You may/may not list which game they are in.
7.You may also rate another Trainer's team, but POLITELY.
8.You may list what their HOLD ITEM is, too.
9.FOLOW THE ABOVE RULES.

Uhm, one of my more favorite Battle frontier teams is Xatu, Machamp and Octilery. Xatu is my first Pokemon. He can pass on a Wish or a Reflect/Light screen and when needed he can attack with Psychic. With the Reflect and Lightscreen support, Machamp and Octilery can take quite a few attacks, Machamp knows the basic Earthquake Rockslide combo, as well as Cross Chop and Facade, and Octilery knows Surf, Flamethrower, Thunder wave and Ice beam.

My biggest weakness is Starmie, because it can resist Octillery completely, and has a super effective advantage over Machamp. More often than not, they also carry an Electric attack to take down Xatu. But, with Lightscreen, my Machamp can take it down with relative ease. But then again, Machamp has taken down several Alakazam with ease.
