What Pokemon do you think is the Most Powerfullest or Funnyest?

Ok Ive been wondering what people think of what pokemon they think is the strongest or Funnyest, Here list the Pokemon and Their Move sets, and a lvl if ya want. Heres my Idea and Soon to be Fuffuled on Emerald.

Smeargale-Nicknamed Mr.Spechail

Fissure
Lockon
Fly
Aero Blast

Ok On My Emerald i have a lv 47 Smeargale with Fly and Fissure, Im working on getting lock on, and i can easyilly do Areo Blast, But im not sure if thats a move i want.. But This is the thing i wonder and would probablly be funny to see in Xd/Colloseum, Seeing Smeargale Fly!, Cuase Mine Gots Fly, and on emerald He Acctually Flys to places, No JokE!

Off topic:*sigh* Again with the noobs. Brown Bomber, there is no best pokemon. All pokemon (except Sableye) have weaknesses. I like Groudon and all but it isn't the best pokemon, its Drought ability lets sunnybeamers that have Chlorophyll (and most do) get a Solarbeam in and as Groudon is a ground type, Solarbeam will do quite a lot. Some pokemon metioned above are supposed to be FUNNY, OK?
On topic: Sceptile with Aerial Ace. How can Sceptile Aerial Ace if it can't fly?

Kyogre has weakness and stuff....but it can be one of the most stronger pokemon around, of course is a 00ber and bla,bla,bla, but calm mind can make it destroy almost anything.

Other regular cool pokemon are Metagross, salamence and snorlax.

Umm... Most powerful would be Groudon or Lugia, probably. Funniest... Dodrio flying. Funny as hell.

Sceptile can probably Aerial Ace because it's agile and quick so it'll come from the top and ace you. Funnily enough, Blaziken can Aerial Ace. I thaught mine Aerial Ace.

Kyogre is uberly uber...Drizzle + Water Spout = DOOM
Hell even Drizzle + Surf can OHKO things that don't have high Sp.Def. I think it's a very cool Pokémon, but I would never use it competitively because of this.

I know Kyogre and Groudon are supposed to be 'evenly matched' of sorts according to the story, but Kyogre would totally kick Groudon's arse if you were to battle them against each other ingame.

Funniest and strongest: Lickitung with body slam. Looks SO cool in XD.

Anyway, there are three most powerful Pokémon, IMO:

First is Wobbuffet. It's the only Pokémon ever officially dubbed 'broken.' Lugia may be a beast, but it's not forbidden in Uber games. Wobbuffet only learns 10 or less moves, but it still wins at life. If you use Wobbuffet, your chances of being 6-0'd are ridiculously low. Wobbuffet can take out at least one Pokémon when you use it, probably more.

Second is Lugia, because its Stats and movepool also work excellently together. It has no 4x weaknesses, the best Defense+HP combo in the game, and Calm Mind and Recover to make even more unstoppable than it already is. Again, you're pretty much guaranteed one victory with Lugia in your arsenal.

And third is Groudon. It may not have the highest Base Stat Total, but it still has amazing Attack and Defense. It also has a pretty good movepool, and when Jaskpassed, you're hard-pressed to beat it before it inevitably beats you. Doesn't help that Lugia is the only Uber that can properly PHaze. Groudon also succeeds at existing, needless to say.

Those are the three best Pokémon, IMO. Blissey also gets a mention for being top of the OU, but it's not the best Pokémon around, by any means.

Wobbufet didn't get mentioned by me because in Double Battles it loses a lot of its use, and some Pokemon are immune to its counters. For example, if a Ghost was to attack it with Physical attacks, it'd be defenseless, and the same with Dark Pokemon using Special. Sableye makes Wobbuffet look bad. Uber, yes, but Lugia is better.

Little over 20 people actually Competitively Battle with Double Battles, and they're even less frequent in Uber fights. But that is true, Wobbuffet dies rather easily in Double Battles.

Still, Ninjask is an excellent OU, and the fact that it fails miserably in Double Battles does not affect its usefulness. Pretty much any Staple can be ganged up on and defeated in Double Battles.

Well, the Groudon+Ho-oh combo is probably one of the best DB combos in the game which is probably the only good combo that you can do with ubers. They do not do much except sweep, CM, BU or in Lugia's case, tank, toxic shufffle, etc. which works best in single battling. Not to mention that Kyogre gets messed up a bit without having Surf as a good move in Double battling.

The funniest pokemon is probably Wobbuffet, (not to mention he has a funny cry in the games too.)
