What pokemon has the best special defense

I agree with Fighting Master,you can't kill Shuckle in one turn,but when Shuckle attacks it won't cause you many problems,it has the lowest speed,Attack,Special Attack in the game,if it had more HP then it could have been useful,but with rollout,earthquake the damage it inflicts is very little.

and people really shouldnt bash shuckle like that
if you know how to use him he can stand up to anything.
a shuckle with toxic and the right person using it can really be a forced to be reckoned with believe it or not.
but the most popular is usually blissey cos its incredibly high hp and its great sp.def go together really well.

come on, there must be SOME reason he has the highest defenses in the game.
plus ive seen what a properly used shuckle can be capable of, as, im sure, a few people have. and its nothing pretty :/ like i say, used properly they can be a force to be reckoned with.

Use blissey. Give it leftovers. It will be basically unstoppable. With it's high HP and leftovers + it's high sp. def. it won't easily be taken down.

hmm, sorry if is that spam. Choose Lugia if you can get it from xd or mistyc ticket. If you can't have it, choose blissey or schuckle. Schuckle is a great pokemon, but i hate pokemons wth good defense or sp. deff. I preffer attack and speed pokemons like zapdos, mewtwo, pinsir and others. But if you want sp. deff shuckle is your. Shuckle good tactic is toxic,equake,rock slide, and wrap or return. That is mine schucke

everything in exsistance can stand up to Shuckle.
Most things can beat it too. Just the things in my list make extra quick work of it.

The only reason he has the highest defences in he game is because Nintendo decided to make a invincible Pokemon with uber Defences, then decided he would just get on everyones tits, and gave him laughably bad HP, so he's more pathetic.

Force one switch, Toxic the odd thing, and get beaten by Blissey?
