I mean if you choose R/S/E, you are choosing Latios, Latias, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza. And if you chose G/S/C, that means you are choosing Ho-oh, Suicune Raikou, Entei, Lugia, etc.

Eh, I'd say a mix I guess, though Johto has most of my favorites. (Not to mention it has Ho-Oh. That alone is enough reason to like it)

Anyway, I like kinda a lot legendaries. Now lessee...

Ho-Oh <3 ( You couldn't have guessed that, now could you? ;o )
Groudon (The only Hoenn Legendary I actually like.)
Raikou (Love him as well, though, not as much as Ho-Oh. And, Raikou being crazy is a bonus )
Suicune (Running freely like the wind... Yeah, I like her, and the connection to Ho-Oh)
Lugia ( I like him too, just not his n00b fans. He's cool and all as well, though never matching Ho-Oh in my mind.)
Mew (I like her for no good reason. Just do. Though I prefer her shiny form over the pink color.)

(Others I really like: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres. Few I like a bit: Mewtwo and Entei. And others... are just mehhish to me :/)
I guess that would be my legendary ream based on my favorites. However, if it would be based on power, it would be a tad different.

I chose the G/C/S Legendary Pokemon Team because I love the Johto Region, and it has the "best" Legendary Pokemon I like Ho-oh and Lugia, and Celebi et..

FR/LG one has just one good pokémon there, zapdos
GSC has suicune and raikou.
RSE has regice (I think it´s good (O_O sometimes)) and lati@s.
I´d choose RSE, jotho has suicune that can annoy most teams with calm mind, but latias is great!
