Absol's Attack is far more of an advantage of the foe,which making an evolution of it would be complete nonsense.

My opinions and reasons on all suggestions so far:
Pokemon that need evolutions:
Virtually all the pokemon from the bottom of that list mentioned before

- Farfetch'd; Unleekly!! That's the best evolution name ever!! (But I don't remember who came up with it)
- Murkcrow; cool vulture or raven or something
- Tangela; what about a seaweed version? Another water/grass?
- Nosepass; he's PERFECTLY set up to evolve into a rock/electric type with good special and defence!!! GIVE US COMPASS!!!
- Dunsparce; be cool if it turned into some kind of dragon
- Yanma; Yes! High special attack is a perfect evo set up! Dammit gamefreak, give us a dragonfly that's ACTUALLY DRAGON/BUG!!! WHAT THE HELL WAS VIBRAVA!?!?
- Pinsir; ok, I'm calm now. Pinsir could have one, but he's not the neediest pokemon.
- Aipon; Definitely. Some kinda gorilla would be awesome! And Aipon REALLY needs it.
- Quilfish; I originally though quilfish would evolve into the new whale pokemon... ah well, it needs SOME kind of evolution, right now it's got... nothing
- Roselia; yeh, it's way to small physically and it's not to strong in a fight either. Any suggestions on where to go? (Nobody say rosebush. Roselia is NOT a diminuative rosebush)
- Mantine; It's pretty big already, but not very strong, and I like mantine; I think he'd do well to have an evolution. Maybe it'll be one of those completely different form ones? (like remoraid/octillery)
- Seaking; maybe...
- Stantler; doesn't need it persay, but I'd love to see a moose pokemon.
- Mawile; only if they make it dark. Come on. Why isn't it dark? It's like the sneakiest, most deceptively vicious pokemon there is. Just...just give us a dark/steel evolution and we'll let it go.
- Sableye; as much as it's stats are bad, I dunno where they'll go from here without making it broken... have to change its type, I think.
- Eevee; just one more, a grass eevee, please??? Besides, it'd complete the eevee family's stat distribution; (flareon = attack, vaporeon = hp, jolteon = speed, espeon = special attack, umbreon = special defence; [grass]eon = defence!!)
- Dragonair; I actually kinda like the idea about another evolution for dragonair with dragon scale... especially as alot of people don't like dragonite. So yeh, some kinda lithe, dragonic sea serpent WOULD be cool.
- Delibird, luvdisc and chimecho; these pokemon are sort of novelties, so it might be hard to come up with a suitable evolution, though they do sorta suck
Pokemon that don't need evolutions:
No offence, Charizard Fire God, but I gotta put pretty much all those pokemon in this category
- Lapras; it's a solid tank or whatever as is, so it doesn't need or merit an evolution... and the what the heck would it be? a loch ness monster?
- Ditto... is more of a novelty pokemon due to its transforming. I mean, what could it really evolve into? How would it be different? Although that human-shaped ditto idea is... interesting.
- Absol; has a very high attack as is, and such a cool pokemon shouldn't be degraded by bringing in an evolution... which would be hard to make cooler
- Houndoom; I think houndoom is awesome, but it that doesn't necessarily mean it should have an evolution; how can you go up from "houndoom" without going to "houndeath"? Besides, has great stat-type allignment with its high special attack anyway.
- Rapidash; perhaps, but its not really that bad... just average, I'd say. Besides, once again, as rapidash is souped-up version of a regular flaming horse (ponyta), it's hard to go above that without being cheesy or ugly.
- Ninetales; and again, solid pokemon that's cool as is (though a little more deserving). They'd have to add SOMETHING else though, maybe part psychic cuz it's all mystical and cursy and whatnot.
- Magmar and electabuzz; what can you do without being lame/cheesy/ugly? Same thing; solid, cool already, doesn't need it
- Shuckle; look at it's defences. Just look. you wanna go up from there? As open as shuckle is for a decent evolution, shuckle is the tank of all tanks, and that's the way it should remain.
- Miltank and tauros; they don't REALLY need it, they're ok as is (especially miltank with milk drink). Pre-evo on the other hand...
- Seadra; kingdra wasn't very good anyway, and there's really not much else you can do... just leave seadra alone
- Tropius; don't get me wrong here. I love tropius, I think he's top banana And I was very disappointed in his less-than-average stats. But what can you do with him? He's big and cool already, there's nowhere to go.
- Volbeat/Illumise; ok, they do need an evolution, but what do you do? They're themed pokemon (conductor and, uh, performers), so how can you evolve them without ruining the theme?
- Torkoal; ugh, that thing was hard enough to beat at flannery's already. Besides, don't put macargo to shame, I like him.
- Heracross; it's got megahorn, and a whole set of fight moves, plus solid stats. Doesn't need it.
- Donphan; that thing's strong enough already, no evo please
- Eevee; no dragon or ice evolution, please, that's just... obscure and unnecessary
- Gyaradose; I- It- But- Gyar- Ridic-... just no, ok? Just no. That's why. NO.
- Wabofett; same as previous statement but with added stupor. I'm assuming you've never met a wabofett in your life, right? right??!! I think I'd form a cult with all my pokemon and commit suicide together in an attempt to escape from the crazy, twisted hell we seem to have entered. Words cannot even describe how wrong that would be. I am failing right now to describe it. Even if the worlds greatest poet wrote a poem about how wrong that is, it would barely touch upon the true profondity of how wrong that is.

I believe that Mawile should definetly evolve into some type of metallic creature with a huge mouth. Hmmmm, I also think that there should be some type of Porygon 3 just for the hell of becuase I love the Porygons lol....

Farfetch'd, Lickitung, Murkrow, Aipom, Corsola, Nosepass and Luvdisc are both the most likely ones and the ones that are pleading for an Evolution.
And maybe a Shuckle Evo a la Scyther-Scizor, with the same Bases but a better Stat spread... and maybe different Types.

Normal/Dark I would love to see an evil gorilla thing with sick stats. Nornal/Fire give Aipom a gun and have him blow all the other Pokemon to a million little tiny bits of pieces.
