i'll mostly have my starter follow me. As I progress, whenever I catch/evolve something I'll have that for a while, then go back to the starter.

Starter Pokemon will be following me. It's definitely going to be Cyndaquil, and that was the first I chose when I first started playing Gold back in '99-'00.

I always wanted to have a pokemon follow me. When I was first playing Crystal, I thought I could do this and "released" my Metapod from the Box options.
Anyway, I'll probably have my starter or a Furret follow me.

I might actually have Graveler stay as Graveler for a while, as I prefer his design to Golem's.

Either way, a member of the Geodude line is always gonna follow me around unless I'm going against a Gym Leader or training or something.

Really depends. During the beginning part of the game, before Red and all, I'm going to be training my Pokémon equally, so whichever one is being trained at the moment. As for when the training for the main part of the game is over... I'll probably transfer over a Darkrai from Diamond, have him follow me for a bit. Of course, I'll also have Typhlosion on there as my starter, and since he's second on my favorite list (Pikachu and Darkrai tie for first) he'll be following me around for good time. It's just a shame big Pokémon go back to their balls when they're in a small space, otherwise I'd be taking a Wailord into the Goldenrod Department Store with me. XD

Sucks that the first Pokemon in your party has to be following you.. but w/e.

Cyndaquil looks awesome behind you, as I got the game yesterday, and he's just awesome. The colors rock.

I'm pretty sure I would pick Mew or Mareep or Flaffy x3

They are all so cute <3 & especially Mareep since it's a lil yellow sheep.
