What should be my starter for a Ruby Game

I was thinking Torchic but then Mudkip is one of my favorites!!!

which ever one you like it doesnt matter really, u say you like mudkip but have you thought about the evolved form of all 3 pokemon?

personally i like mudkip also but i also like blazikin more then swampert

torchic is a good all around fighter and fire when it evolves into blaziken

Pick torchic, seeing as how most of the fire pokemon in emerald suck, grass types aren't that great as a type, and water types are way too common. Plus Blaziken looks really cool.

If you get it to level 90+ it can kill all of them. XD

Go with Torchic, obviously. Or Treecko. You can get many Water types in the game, anyways. (Surfing Zigzagoon, ftw.)

What they did in G/S/C was give each starter a difficulty.

Chikorita - Hard

Cyndaquil - Easy

Totodile - Moderate

I think this still happens in the 3rd gen I'm not sure though.

But I say Treecko, you can't find any decent grass types other than Shiftry.

There are fire types out there - Magcargo - Camerupt - Ninetales - Torkoal
