What should I add to my party?

I've been playing Pokemon for years, but have just now decided to do some serious battling.

This is the team I have compiled, and was wondering what I should add to it for the 4th, 5th and 6th slot.

These three are the backbone of my team and aren't likely to change

    Garchomp: Physical Sweeper
    Adamant
    Choice Band

    Earthquake
    Aerial Ace
    Shadow Claw
    Dragon Dance

    Gengar: Special Sweeper
    Modest
    Choice Specs

    Psychic
    Energy Ball
    Shadow Ball
    Calm Mind

    Umbreon: Tank
    Impish
    Leftovers

    Moonlight
    Confuse Ray
    Screech
    Faint Attack

Here's where it gets hard to decide, I know I want a mixed sweeper, another physical sweeper and a toxic shuffler/hazer

    Here are my options:

    Mixed Sweepers:

    Blastoise
    Lonely
    Life Orb

    Skull Bash
    Dragon Tail
    Earthquake
    Surf

    Lucario
    Naughty
    Life Orb

    Extremespeed
    Shadow Ball
    Dark Pulse
    Earthquake

    Physical Sweepers:

    Mienshao
    Adamant
    Choice Band

    Hi Jump Kick
    U-turn
    Fake Out
    Shadow Claw

    Gallade
    Adamant
    Choice Band

    Psycho Cut
    Brick Break
    Swords Dance
    Leaf Blade

    Toxic Shufflers/hazer

    Arcanine
    Jolly
    Charcoal

    Roar
    Toxic
    Fire Fang
    Extreme Speed

    Luxray
    Jolly
    Leftovers

    Roar
    Toxic
    Thunder Fang
    Wild Charge

Vaporeon (cannot be used if Blastoise chosen for mixed sweeper)
    Modest
    (Item suggestion please)

    Haze
    Aqua Ring
    Surf
    Ice Beam

Also, any changes to the existing pokemon are welcomed!

    Thank you

    For Arcanine
Arcanine was not made to stall your opponent Pokemon, it is a Physical Attacker or Mix Attacker.

    Physical Attacker Arcanine
    Item Life Orb/Choice Band
    Nature Adamant/Jolly
    Ability Intimidate/Flash Fire/Justified (Any)
    Move Set
    Flare Blitz
    Wild Charge
    Close Combat (breed)/ Crunch
    Extream Speed
It can use any of its Ability because all of them are good.
Flare Blitz for a powerful STAB move
    Wild Charge gives good coverages
Close Combat to kill Ground Rock Type Pokemon
Extream Speed to finish off weak opponent

    Mix Attacker Arcanine
    Item Life Orb
    Nature Mild/Rash/Naughty/Lonely/Naive/Hasty
    Ability Any
    Move Set
    Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    Dragon Pulse
    Wild Charge
    Extream Speed
Fire Blast for more power or Flamethrower for more accuracy
Dragon Pulse for nearly unresisited combo with Flamethrower
    Wild Charge gives more coverages
Extream Speed for a good Speed Priority Move.

Double Team is very rare, might as well use Payback instead of Faint Attack.
