If you can be bothered, get another Shiny one via the Pokeradar in that rich man's mansion thing, I think it's below Hearthome. After you get the National Dex, Pokémon start swarming in the garden behind the building. The master tells you what Pokémon he saw outside and Porygon can be one of them.

Chances are that Porygon will be the only shiny you will EVER get without trading or cheating.
