Well, You posted the entire team and the movesets, right, so I rate it too.
Zapdos or Jolteon maybe so you can speed pass to Marowak?
Zapdos is preferred because it resists Focus Punch from Heracross. You'll still take a huge dent if its CBed, though, but at least it can survive and speedpass to Marowak (just make sure it doesn't Focus Punch you on the Agility).

anyway, lol´ing at the fact that blissey has no HP EVs
also, Sweeper suicune is lame, and just reminds me of DavidUm
Boah isn´t gonna work without 252 hp/68 Spd/188 satk, quiet
Jolly skarmory is lame, and so is timid seeding celebi, just go with airlocks suggestions

If anything, replace tyranitar with a rapid spiner, magneton, you also have no way of dealing with Focus punch heracross
