i dunno. maybe if they are high level its not strong enough... But a max repel, I aint sure. Sorry.

If your Shuppet has a lower level than Linoones, they will appear anymore. Level it up a bit and then try again.

I'll give you some answers that might help with your Problem

1) The Pokemon has a higher level than yours

2) The Max Repel must have worn off

one of these might be your problem...

it somtimes repels weaker pokemon too. not always!

Any of the repels only work on pokemon lower in level than your first in team pokemon. so if you want them to stop appearing then you need to put a pokemon in the lead position that is higher in level than the wild ones
