Can someone tell me the rules about posting here? For some reason, there are some places where I can post and whatnot, and then there are others where I can't, and it seems to change. Last time I checked, I couldn't even make a new topic in the newbie's section.

also, can someone tell me how and where I can make one of those trainer card things on some members sigs?

Okay, well, there are a few possibillities. 1) You weren't Validated yet. And other ones I forgot. And then as for your other question if you saw the announcement tha was posted here, there are one in the Newbie Help Topic and FAQ. and then there is an anouncement Here there was links that could've helped you. Please, next time, try and read the stickies.

well sorry for being new and having a crappy *** computer. I didn't even get an e-mail saying that I had even joined the site, and I'm not allowed to post in some areas at some points, but then as soon as I refresh the page, I'm allowed to. Then there are cases where I'm not even permitted to see the page.

Being new is not an excuse for failing to read the stickies. They are stickied for a reason. They should be the first things you look at when you intend to post a topic in a forum, to check that you can, or are posting it correctly. As for you not being allowed to veiw some pages, take screenshots and show us what you mean. There are numerous error messages on the internet, we can't be expetced to help you unless we know what you are experiencing
