What type do YOU specialize in on G/S/C?

What type do you use. Falkner the Gym Leader uses Flying type, so he must specialize in Flying type.

This thread is also in the FR/LG and R/S/E boards. ONLY talk about G/S/C in this one please!

I specialise in team-building because mono types have too much weaknesses, but my favourite types are bug and grass.

I specialize in happiness and strongness. And I prefer water and fire type Pokemon to get the job done. I've never really failed with grass either...

I carry a little bit of everything, but most of the time it's dark pokemon that get the job done.

I use normal pokemon. They can learn a lot of different types of attacks, and they only have one weakness. Most of them are cute too. :3

Well, team-building is the way to go, but if I was to use a mono-type team, I'd go with Electric. No real reason though, it's just my favorite type.

I like to build teams, yeah. But my favorite types are Dark, Fire, and Electric, though not necessarily in that order. They don't really have an order.

im a big fan of ground types Sandslash, Marowak, Donphan, you even get Piloswine to help out, plus theres Stellix and all rock types

i know, weakness's and theres a lot of em, but i think they are the coolest pokemon

I specialize in team building. My pokemon are balanced: one pokemon's weakness is another's strength. If I had a mono-type team, I'd great with grass, flying and water types.

I go for building a balanced team. however My best Monoteam would be my Bug pokemon team.

Well when i saw that there were new types, i mostly used dark and steel types on my team to see what they were like.

I tend to lean towards Steel types... and Lugia. Steel types aren't too great in this game, but they still have enough for a six pokemon team.
Steelix, Magneton, Skarmory, Forretress, Scizor and ... ok there are only five, whatever.

None as such, but I ALWAYS have a Fighter, usually Machamp, because... I just like them, and they're good fun with huge attack. Plus, Fighting moves cover lots of types, and can put dents in Tyranitar! And OHKO Sneasel with Karate Chop.

i specialised in fighting types on my silver, my team was hitmonchan, lee, poliwrath, primeape and heracross...ah the good old days

Most of the time I balanced my team but in if I were to having a mono type, it would have to be water.
