What type of trainer are you?

Shiny collector
I'm a pokedex completer and an egg hatcher. I've hatched shiny tyrogue, totodile, mawlie, croagunk, and minun all the hard way with hundreds of eggs.

The list has none of my types, except for the champion, but that one is less important.

The pokephile: I would be one who would have pokemon to romance with, chances are all my pokemon joined me at their own will. How, you say? Why, the pokemon world has no single way, to me it can have pokemon talking and romancing with humans all the same.

The hunter: In terms with the reality that there would be pokemon attacking humans at careless whim. This is no place to explain the wherefore of this trainer; he may be deeper in the forests than the rangers, but he does all that is needed of him.

I think I would be:
A trainer
Champion (I never get beaten in the game)
Pokedex Completer (I try and get everything I can)
Battler (I like battling)
Frontier Enthusiast (I challenge them a lot when I have completed everything)

PANDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Hatcher-i luv just putting a Pokemon in the Dar Care w/ my Ditto
Pokeathlete-so much fun
Battler-luv battles

Trainer:
I've trained countless pokemon (both EV competitive and in-game). Hundreds over the years.

Breeder:
I've breed quite a few species for moves and IVs (filled up my pokemon ranch w/ them).

Pokedex completer:
Gen I:151/151, gen II: 251/251: Gen III: 384/386, Gen IV: 493/493

I just dislike the contests and the battle frontier (minus the battle tower).

I'd be some random bum just roaming the world.

Probably the trainer, the battler, and the pokedex completer. I'd like to say the champion because out of 50 or so battles I'm undeafeated, but I'm sure there is someone who is better than me. Also, I beat the Elite 4 in every game, but many people have done that.

Is on the case!
I'd say the trainer and part-time co-ordinater but mainly a pokedex completer, as catching pokemon is always my favourite part of the games. I'd also be pretty explorative and breed and study pokemon too.

True Love Never Dies
Hmmm . . . maily the battler, and extreme trainer. Battling is my life in these games. Though, I am investigating breeding

Let's go to the beach, each.
The faaaabulous kind.

I'm your average Pokedex completer. That's all I do in the games, attempt to complete the Pokedex since everything else seems boring. I love the challenge of obtaining all of the Pokemon, it makes me shiver with excitement.

The trainer (Good at training lots of different pokemon for all sorts of battle situations)
The champion (pretty much undefeatable or very good and expert trainers)
The breeder
The egg hatcher
The Pokedex completer
The Ranger
The Professor (vast knowledge)
The battler (Battles and is extremely knowledgeable in all situations).

These are the ones which I believe apply to me the most. Personally I've thought of myself as a professor above all, because while I do specialize in the pokemon I train, I feel the need to know everything I can about all other pokemon.

That's where the pokedex completer comes in, because I see that as part of a professor's job... research.

The breeder and egg hatcher go hand in hand, because although I do specialize in pokemon, I also want to bring out the best in all the future generations of pokemon, so I am constantly raising baby pokemon.

The trainer, battler, and champion go hand in hand as well, because while I'm raising new pokemon, I'm constantly thinking of new strategies to come out on top of any battle. I'm also obsessive when it comes to training, so I'll push my pokemon to always become stronger.

The only part of me that can relate to the rangers, is my need to help protect the environment. If pokemon were real, I would be out there, trying to stop fires from spreading or clearing fallen rubble among other scenarios. I would not be releasing my pokemon after a job well done, because I see all my pokemon as partners. When I release a pokemon its because they deserve a vacation, not because I don't care for them.

I'm the...sentimental fool? XD I don't know. I work toward completing my pokédex and getting a strong team and all that, but there are occasionally some pokémon that I become rather attached to and like to think of as not only my character's battlers, but as her friends, pets, and...well...transportation!

I'm defiantly a Breeder and Professor

A breeder 'cause i've bred tons of Pokemon in my Pearl game, Some of my favorites are my Female Salamence, born with Hydro Pump; My female Charizard, whos name is Lizzy; my female Tropius, who's daddy was part of my team for all long time in Pearl but then I started using his daughter Sweety and now she is at level 100; and then there is my Electubuzz, who's daddy i trained to be exactly like Volkner's Electrivire. And then i have tons and tons of other bred pokemon including 17 Rapidash and probably 50 evee and eveelutions spread throughout my Pearl, Diamond(my brothers game), and Platinum.

And then I'd be a Professor because i learn a lot about pokemon and know how to deal with all kinds of situation, my friends always loose bets to me on Pokemon trivia so I guess im pretty knowledgeable on pokemon

On the other hand, if I were to customize a trainer, it would have to be a trainer with good taste. Independent spirit and very intelligent. He would be an Elite. I'll call him (me) Umicron.

Saga

Beginning Trainer
None in that list seem to apply to me, for one reason or another, so I'll have to come up with a couple of new definitions :D

- Strategist: Instead of training multiple Pokémon for different situations (like a traditional Trainer would), I specifically choose "up to 6" Pokémon that I want to train and only work on catching those 6 (plus any story-driven Pokémon that's forced upon me, of course). I will try to make that team work in every situation possible, without having to switch any of them.

- Challenger: I dislike battling just for the sake of it (hence, not a traditional Battler), but I like to test my chosen team and strategy in short competitions (Gym battles and League battles) to prove that they work, and get a badge/trophy to prove it.

I can think of a few other trainer types, like the Activist or Specialist, but neither applies to me either :)

Grei

not the color
I'm a Trainer and "Pokeathlon Coach," as I prefer to call them. I'd aspire to be a Ranger as well, but I'd always stay true to coaching my Pokeathletes. Pokeathlon is awesome, I'm sad it's not in Unova.
