Gears of War 2
You Go Ahead, I'll Be Fine: win 3 matches of public King of the Hill- my first online only achievement! This mode is pretty fun.
Standing Here, Beside Myself: win 3 public matches of Wingman- didn't really care for this mode. I couldn't find anyone else, so I did this against bots
Beat the Meatflag: capture 10 meatflags in public matches- this is probably my favorite of the four main modes
It's Good to be the King: win 10 public rounds of Guardian as leader- didn't really like this mode
Party Like It's 1999: Play 1999 rounds of multiplayer- I played about 1000 of these against bots. The rest were in Horde, and I've probably played at least 500 rounds beyond that
Battle Hardened Gear: reach level 50 in multiplayer- I got to this just from Horde experience
Like Father, Like Gun: complete waves 1-30 on Horde in Allfather's Garden- done solo, on normal. I camped out in the back of the level mostly, by the grenades & ammo box, but then realized camping by the boomshot/torque spawn was more effective
Am I Only Dreaming?: complete waves 1-40 on Horde in Memorial- done solo, on normal. I camped out by the torque/longshot spawn for the most part
Blood in the Sand: complete waves 1-50 on Horde in Nowhere- done solo, on normal. I camped on top of the building until about wave 27, then started moving between the alleys on the left and right of the building (and hung out in the building a bit as well).

No, But His Face Rings a Bell: get to multiplayer level 15 and complete waves on Sanctuary- done solo, on normal, although there were many times I nearly went down to easy. This was a nightmare.

lol, I've gotten just a little better since then. I beat wave 50 a few days ago.

Logged some gameplay into CS:GO this weekend and unlocked "Primer" (do at least 95% damage to an enemy who is then killed by a another player) and "Clean Sweep" (kill the entire opposing team without any members of your team taking any damage). After replaying Half-Life 2 for about an hour, I actually think I'm going to go for all the HL2 achievements. Wouldn't be bad replaying HL2.
