This is one achievement I went out of my way to get, instead of just looking around Sanctuary for the NPC whenever I'm back there. The achievement and the NPC are Gearbox's tribute to a fan of Borderlands who died of cancer at the age of 22. Now he lives on forever in the borderlands.
