I compared that scene from the dubbed version of the episode with the original Japanese version and the song is different, which leads me to believe that the song used in the dubbed version is an original track composed by TPCi. Therefore it's unreleased to the public, so we don't know what it's called.

The only dub music tracks to have official names are from the dub OSTs of the first two movies, since those were the only dub scores ever released officially.
