I snagged 4/6 of his pokemon the first try. (I accidentially KO'ed Molt' and Tauros)

Really dont remember sixth one.... I only snagged Egg and Rhy. Started a new game after- i was so bored.... Jolteon isnt that great.

I mainly used Butterfree for my sleeper (compound eyes) and vaporeon to whittle down HP. When my butterfree was ko'd i switched in lugia+ and i didn't use any other pokemon. With these pokes i caught all of greevils pokemon in one go. I even caught zapdos in a net ball for some strange reason.

I successfully snagged half his team.

 

[Akerin]

Umbreon - I used her for attacking. Not defending. I knew I could depend on her not to be able to knock out his Pokemon before I got a chance to snag 'em, so it was actually better (safer) using Umbreon than any other Pokemon with higher offensive stats. ;P

Houndoom - I didn't use him at all.

Walrein - I used his weak Body Slam a couple times to paralyze the birds.

Ampharos - He was never used either.

Scyther (shadow) - He was used as a sacrafice so that I could revive Umbreon once. XD

and Lugia (also shadow.. obviously) - It was sent into battle from the very start, and stayed there as a defense for the entire time.

I managed to snag Greevil's entire team on the first try. Joy. XD

I used:

Shadow Salamence (good becouse it survived for a long time)

Jolteon lvl 59 ( thunder wave helped me lots)

Shadow Marowak (didnt help me so much)

Shadow Manectric (damaged moltres so i could catch it)

Shadow Lugia ( Articuno froze it the first round, so it was not for any big help)

Shadow Lapras (good with shadow storm)

I caught all his shadows on my first try.

You used alot of shadow pokemn, IMO, Thats a bad idea. Damaging the birds allows your timer balls to multiply in catch rate
