what/which are uber pokemon?

Yea, but there not THAT much stronger than overused, note that not all legendaries are ubers, no matter what you say, if you`re asking why wobbufet is uber, then here it is:
Wobbufet is uber because it`s shadow tag traps you, then encores you, you have no choice but to use an attack(Unless you have used a stat raising move) and if you use a stat raising move, its a free switch.

Deoxys (all forms), Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Latias, Latios, Wobbufett, Mew, Wynaut. Although Mew and Wynaut are debatable.

I realy think when people care to much about natures and "evs" and start calling pokemon names like this that they have realy lost there way
Ubers is just there nasty little name for some legendries
