It’s possible although I’m not sure if it would happen. Although if he does show up I don’t see why his Eternal Flower Floette couldn’t show up as well.

I always thought that his exclusion during the XY saga was telling since he was somewhat important during the X/Y game story-line, yet he was completely scrapped from the anime. That implies to me that the writers wouldn't see him as worth showing even now.

And yet this so called "importance" hardly amounted to anything since other than the ending, the only other two times he shows up was to spout exposition and nothing more.
Basically all talk and no bite.
