All I can guess is that Ash will become a Pokemon Master. Really can't imagine him dying or evolving Pikachu, and his Dad's NEVER been a big part of the plot, so why would they use him suddenly? I can maybe see the final League having Ash beat all the people who beat him in the former ones, like Ritchie, Harrison, and Tyson, just to show how much he's improved since then.

Even though he isn't part of the plot, why WOULD he be mentioned? If the creators wanted to, they wouldn't have to mention him at all and plus they could include him in to the plot any time if they feel it be necessary. Imo I think that he'll be brought in the future because he also left on a journey but the anime never said if he returned or is still continuing.

I think that Ash will finally meet an opponent that he can't beat. To beat him pikachu has to evolve to Raichu, after which he beats his opponent after a looong drawn out battle (hopefully it will be epic enough to not be destroyed by the drawn outness) which they will then reveal that the person is his father. It will later show a slide show of sorts showing him married to one the girls he traveled with (prolly Misty, as least I hope so) and his kid receives a pikachu/pichu from either Ash himself or Gary who will take over Professor Oak's place after he overdoses on viagra. Cue new series and (hopefully) a thousand new pokemon.

I've spent some time searching this in all of my posts, and I didn't find this. I may have given details of my Fanfiction.net account where I write stuff that includes this, but I never directly mentioned these methods on this site. You probably mixed up my stories and my posts on this forum. I simply stated that I want a new main character, and a stronger Team Rocket. I've even posted two of my ideas that open up the possibility of removing Ash without his death. The post containing these is here:http://www.serebiiforums.com/showpost.php?p=9516546&postcount=98
This is to show you that I don't ask for Ash to be killed every time, I can work out a solution that even his fans would not consider bad.

Perhaps the stabbing and the dead body + cliff was comedic exaggeration, but the point remains: the vast majority of your posts on the topic of Ash, the anime and Team Rocket involve them hurting Ash in some serious way, taking his Pokémon and/or becoming the focus of the show, and I can provide multiple instances of documentation for this, verbatum, if you insist.

You are correct in this view, I admit. I dislike Ash, and want Team Rocket to succeed in their mission, to at least make Ash go directly to the TR HQ and liberate the Pokemon from Giovanni. I think that Ash can be replaced by a better character. The plot ideas I gave ensure that he is removed from the show painlessly.

Well, I know that the Anime is going to end someday, but I wish it will be around for a long time. A really long time. :D Although, this is an interesting part of an interwiew I found on PokeBeach:

''Now an overall question about the show. Will Ash ever become a Pokemon Master? He laughed and fell back on the couch. He blatantly said that when Ash becomes a Pokemon Master, the show will end. It will be the last episode. Going back to my first interview, I did not mention that he stated the show was cyclical because it could be the audience is constantly replaced (since children get older and leave, and new children come in), so they are allowed to get away with having the same repetitive goal. So, the show would probably continue the same way collect badges, travel through different regions, never age. Will Ash and Pikachu ever be replaced? No. Will they ever age? No. Will there be a 5th generation of Pokemon and will the show keep continuing? He laughed even harder and said of course. Pokemon will continue for many generations to come, and as he made it sound, probably forever.''

Note the bold sentence with the forever mention. I really like that idea. :D

Like I said Before, ShoPro will milk that cow till its bone dry.
Though that did bring up one little problem: the Series' continuity. Unless they made the heroes completely forgot about the previous generations and therefore become newbs on the beginning of the next, the new target audience will feel like they're missing something. Therefore, If they want the show to last forever, they need to eliminate any need of backtracking what so ever so that they don't have to reference the previous series ever AGAIN.

If they started a whole new series, it would be from Kanto, wouldn't it? Then wouldn't that also give us new games with different gyms in the old towns? That would be interesting, to see Kanto in the future.

Only if you erroneously believe that the anime dictates to the games (they don't).

Either it will end with, well, no ending, really. If this is the case, then most likely they'll have decided that it isn't worth the money to continue producing the Anime and blah blah.

But, if thought is put into an ending, I guess it'll involve Ash becoming a Frontier Brain or a Pokemon Ranger or a Gym Leader or [insert some other vaguely important role here], and he'll get to see most all of his old friends once more in a finale episode special, and thennn that'll be that, most likely.

i think the anime would end soon is still circulating even now as you read. the main question is, is it true? To be quite honest with you, i really don’t think it’ll end anytime soon.

I hope that the anime lasts for a while longer (even though it's already really long). When it does end, I think it will just stop, rather then having any sort of actual thought-out ending. Then it will probably have a cheesy montage with past clips, and a song in the background, and... that will be it :(

The anime will go on for so long that older characters like Misty/Tracey etc. will become unknown to younger generations of fans.

In fact it may already be like that now.

As long as the final episodes have everyone from the main cast, family members, Samuel, Gary, Paul, and any other important characters that come by as the anime goes on, in them, I don't really care how it ends.

Nothing beats episodes where the whole gang is there and the message of "Friendship! =DDDD" comes across full blast.

Yeah, and Paul will be at Ash's house too. LOL!

I actually have trouble believing all of the main cast will be in the same episode together, even in the last part of the series. But who knows.

You mean I may be the only one that can actually see that happening? Maybe not at his house, but at Oak's lab, I could see him there.

It's common to see the main cast together for the final episodes. DB/DBZ had it, Yu-gi-oh had it, etc. It's just something I can imagine happening in Pokemon as well.

The show could skip to another Kanto League and Ash could be participating in it, and the whole cast and crew are in the stands/participating as well. Just one scenario.

I can see a short montage, but not with them all in speaking roles. The cast is too large:

    Ash/Misty/May/Dawn/Brock/Max/Tracey.

    Oak/Delia/Gary/Brock's family/Misty's sisters/May's parents/Dawn's Mom

    Paul/Barry/Drew/Harley/Zoey/Kenny...plus minor ones...

    Team Rocket too.

    Plus all of Ash's Pokemon.

Ash and his beloved Pikachu win some league in some region and go back to Pallet, there they foil Team Rocket once again and then it shows the Main Cast all together-
    Ash,Misty,Tracey,Brock,May,Max,Dawn,Gary- ect.
Then Ash will like say goodbye or something I mean who really knows how the Anime will end?
