When I register for the test for JAA i'll be 12, but when i go there i'll be 13

Will I be in 12- or 13+?

I really hope its 12-

Wow, that kinda sucks for you, I remember they just ask for your birthdate when you sign up, so I think that you'll be in 13+, sorry to say. It might not be true, but it seems logical to me.
