Say I was in a Double Battle and I tell my Alakazam to use Snatch then I tell my Politoed to use Swagger would the opponents Pokemon be confuesed or would Alakazam and who would get the Attack boost

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it would just be Alakazam using Swagger instead of Politoed. So whoever Politoed was aiming for would become confused and get the Attack boost.

What would happen is whoever Politoed aimed the swagger attack at would get the attack boost and confusion, then when Alakazam uses snatch, it'll copy the boosted attack stat, but NOT the confusion.

l thought snatch only steals effects of attacks that have effects on teh user ?
