Shugo Chara! - It's just plain awesome, I love the little chara... and of course, the highlight - IKUTO!!!
Shaman King - For me, although the manga is better, the anime pulls me into it a bit more... sigh, too bad Hao-sama dies in the anime... T_T And the dubbing is really really bad... THEY EVEN GOT RID OF MARI'S TALKING IN 3RD PERSON!!! HOW IS THAT PORN???
Soul Eater - Again, the manga is better but the anime pulls me in more...
Death Note - *no comment* apart from L!!!!!!!!!

Why? It so much surpasses the HK movie(s). And who doesn't love a gutsy violence hero who sends his enemies' karma to hell? Really though, bloody awesome story and powerups are for sissies! (I will concede it might seem very dry & brainless at points.)

Special A- It has all my favorite genres, high school, romance and comedy! So you can see why I like it.
Shugo Chara - Pink, and Amu! This is also one of the only magical girl anime I watch, because it's entertaining.

Sailor Moon - because to me, it is awesome. Awesome stories, awesome art. The art was beautiful and I loved the characters, especially Usagi. Though, all the characters were great. I love the manga and anime. My all time favorite.
Wish - I thought it was a cute and sweet little 4 manga love story.
Aishiteruze Baby - It was a very cute and sweet story IMO.
Tsubasa - I don't mind the CLAMP crossovers and it makes me think of Kingdom Hearts in a sense. I haven't gotten too far into them, but I think it was sweet how Sayoran (sp?) sacrificed his relationship with Sakura in order to save her.
First Love Sisters - I haven't really read past number 1, but I thought it was a cute story so far.
Oh and I remember reading Magical Pokemon Journey when I was younger. I thought it was very cute, especially the drawings.

Bleach - I began reading this after watching the Anime, and I must say, I really enjoy it, and I'm glad I started reading it because now I'm in no danger of coming across spoillers. :L
Naruto - Pretty much the same as what I said for Bleach, although I've been reading Bleach longer.
Kekkaishi - I love this manga, but it needs more love. ;-; It has a great teenage feel to it, and its one of the few fantasy type manga/anime that I actually enjoy. ^^

Every single thing i have read by CLAMP has really touched my soul they are wonderful at stories and their style is in my opinion the most beautiful.
My favourite out them is Cardcaptor Sakura, it was on the tv and i loved it and the manga is the same quality but more! Awesome storyline, fantastic characters and of course the magic of the cards is well... magical =]
Wish is another one. Short and sweet!
I also love Naruto but my funds have run rather low to buy the manga so i was keeping to the anime as it's quite good at staying fairly close (ignoring fillers) to the manga story. Yes it is very smooth running and the characters are funny, emotional, energetic (Rock Lee lol) and in some cases delightfull evil!
Yes my favourite character is Rock Lee, so weird looking, halarious but very determined!
I also enjoyed Deathnote, mainly because L is adorable and light is so cunning.
Chobits, Love Hina and Pita-Ten are others that i like esp Pita-Ten, reallly cute! Nice story aswell =]

Recently read most of Neon Genesis Evangelion as i got confused at the end of the anime, but unfortunately the last few chapters are missing. The main bit i need!!

Yeah i would have a more varied taste if it wasn't so expensive over here or so messed up. Apparently all the yaoi is being asked for and all the new stuff too, which i have to say is not of the best quality in my opinion. Forbidden Planet in edinburgh only had one CLAMP title last time i checked and there was little of the stuff i am familiar with. So yeah i cannot really get the same range as maybe the rest of you can nor can i afford much atm. I'll only spend money on mangas that i have started to collect. Until obviously i have them all.

Jojo's Bizzare Adventure because of the elaborate fights and some decent characters. I've read through all the series translated so far and I hope they speed up with Steel Ball Run sometime. I know this manga has a lot of continuity errors but somehow I don't notice them till later. It takes a genius to make me not care about something like that!
Hunter X Hunter is another of my faves for being what Naruto and Bleach will never be. It has the Shounen Quality without being boring/tiring/beentheredonethat feeling. I liked both at the start but then it just lost it's touch. Despite the insane breaks Togashi takes his manga is never boring. The fights are incredible yet fesible and don't pull things out of it's ***. The characters progress natrually instead of gaining some kinda crazy power up all of a sudden to become stronger. And you always feel the main characters are in danger when they should be and not that piss poor feeling ichigo or naruto give. With those two you can tell they'll be fine no matter what.
One Piece still rocks for the same reasons as the above. And the story never derails
Full Metal Alchemist also has the same feeling as Jojo but without the continuity errors. It's a solid Shounen all around.
Of course I'll probably find more to like in the future but those are the ones that come off the top of my head.

Favorite manga:
Bleach- Just an amazing manga. I got into reading it shortly after watching the first few episodes of the anime.
Pokemon Special- I like how the writer changes the plot arcs a lot. Switching the main characters for each story works out good.
Naruto- The action is pretty good and the plot is awesome.
