Ugh....no it doesn't. Check the Item List next time. Bright Powder lowers your oppenent's accuracy.

Bright Powder is better. It lowers your oppenents accuarcy by 10% while Lax Insense only lower's it by 5%.

Back I guess??
brightpowder is better and it´s the only way to decrease accuracy of clearbody pokemon (well, with lax incense it works too, but it will be the same than half sand attack)

lax incense and water incense are more focused on the secondary effect.

Lowering the enemy's accuracy is the same as raising your evasiveness.

Yes and no. Raising yuor evasion would be using Double Team, while lowering your oppenents accuarcy would be using Sand Attack.

Its like lowering you oppenents defence increases your attack. No, because it just decreases the amount of damage a Pokemon can take.

You're wrong. The difference is huge.

Technically, it has the same effect, but if you raise your evasiveness and switch out your Pokemon, there's no effect. However, if you lower your opponent's accuracy, and the opponent switches Pokemon, again no effect. So plan the strategy you are going to use beforehand (giving a Pokemon with high defences evasion-raising moves, and so on)

Evasion = hax. Hax = luck. It's pointless ingame and unfair against humans.

Like lg386 said, Hax items don't work. Just don't use either, but if you insist, like Master Mewtwo said, Brightpowder is more effective.
