What's it for you then, Diamond or Pearl?

Simply question, Diamond or Pearl, which one will you be getting. Do the names simply spring out at you as being the better option, regardless of availible Pokemon? Have you always wanted a Pearl version? Did you just love the fake Diamond version that you want this one just as a reminder of how good it was?

Or are you going to be boring and wait to see what Pokemon are availible and how they are different from each other...

Or, finaly, are you loaded with cash and are going to get both?

I'll post my views later so I think the word to use now would be, "Discuss!"

I think I'm going to get Pearl. Diamond sounds cool and all, but I just love the name "Pearl". And its shorter ^^' Dunno, but that's what I'm getting.

Pearl. I always seem to go for the second version, and Pearl just sounds cool to me. I MIGHT get Diamond, but since the Nintendo Wii is coming soon I probably will not have enough money for a second version.

Then again, I might have to see the version exclusives first.

Diamond. I always go with what I prefer of whatever the version theme is.

Though my decision MIGHT change depending on exclussives and on which Version my friends get, albeit that'll be negligible if there's actual Wi-Fi support.

Me and my friend have agreed that he will always get the 'red' version (Red, Gold, Ruby) and I aways get the 'blue' (Blue, Silver, Sapphire), so Pearl for me.

I don't really want to get two of the same game but with minoir differences, but i may have no choice...

Red, BLUE and YELLOW. Gold, SILVER and CRYSTAL. Ruby, SAPPHIRE and EMERALD. I always get the second and last order of the names. So I'll take Pearl thank-you very much.

I did search and couldn't find a thread liek this 6 pages back so I assumed no one is going to post in a topic 6 pages back.

Well, I have decided to go with Diamond. Sounds much cooler to me and I asume Pearl to be slightly Pink "related" and I don't really want that. But that's just me.

I've gotten blue, silver, crystal and sapphire, and leafgreen before, so naturally it would be pearl X3. I just like the less 'out THERE' colours like red etc.

I own Red and Gold, but "played" Sapphire (because I wanted Kyogre). I will get Diamond because I'm a high roller.
