When you've closed 5 threads on the same thing in a short time, several from the same poster because he saw it closed and decided to make it again...you try being calm and courteous

Basically, think about it...After seeing about 425976 threads saying the same stupid thing, you could get a little aggrovated and just let it out through a post. Sometimes you do have to put yourself in their shoes for a moment and think about what's going on. The DP forum is overloaded with idiots, I'm not going to lie there, and when about 70% of them are saying the same stupid thing, it gets annoying real fast.

So I'm just saying, ignore it, and go on with life, as feeling "offended" for someone getting edgy on a Pokemon forum is just weird.

Quite honestly, it gets kinda annoying after you close the 10th thread in 5 minutes saying OMG NEW POGERMINZ!?!??!?!!? when theres a huge thread right there on it already.

When you become a mod, you quickly learn you have pet peeves against things on the forum for some reason. Mine is people replying to spam threads. Drives me up the wall. I really dont see why you have to go and target out Joe for something so unimportant as to how he closes crappy threads. Nor do I see insults, just expressions of annoyance (ie. the "good god" you complained about)

Its really not Joes fault, its the people who are too lazy to actually look at the page and say "hey look, theres a thread called NEW POKEMON REVEALED! maybe i should look in it before i post this thread i had in mind called ..OMFGZ. I. FOUND. A. NEW. FREAKIN. POGERMIN. !!!!!!!!!!!!"

But besides Ive been a mod many times before and I know things get tough but shees,come one now we know the forum consist of 10 year olds and stuff maybe you gotta help them manuver the site better or somthing,you just dont throw a rock at them and then shut their thread down,if its soo agravating for you guys then maybe you should consider getting more s-mods.

I know you guys do and the only active ones are Elric,dragonair somtimes and you basically,and purple kecleon,and besides that shiningmew I dont see you getting all pissy about the noobs why does it give joe a right too? we cant curse but we can insult?

Again, I dont see where Joe specifically insulted anyone there.

Of course, people are different which means they have different personalities ;\ We're all not gunna have the same attitude when it comes to closing threads or whatever. Joes just shows his annoyance more than others. Not like "normal" members on the forum post like perfect little angels either.

If you're going to leave because of an off-hand remark such as that then do so...but seriously, until you run a site that gets over 115,000 Unique Visitors every day, a forum that has on average 600 users online at any one time as well as having loads of Uni work to do (IN THE BLOODY SUMMER I MIGHT ADD) as well as trying to be out with your mates as much as possible...you can't moan.

And a little bit of snippiness =/= Insults...yer lucky I didn't cuss you out for those fakes you made...I cant stand fake makers who spread them as if they're true

all I ask is a simple request as a person could you chill,also about the fakes you dont have to curse me out many members already did.Just get a really active supermod and your life will be stress free

i don't see any real problem with moderation here at this site, though, i do see the fact that a lot of mods aren't exactly active enough to even be considered mods. unless, ofcourse, they watch, close things without posting, otherwise, they don't really show their faces now, do they?

most active mods/admins, such as serebii himself, shining mew, fox, razor leaf, brinstar and wolf goddess to an awesome job, unfortunately, the others need to pick up the pace, especially in the d/p forum.
